HMRC services: sign in or register: Sign in to HMRC online services - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)Or, if you actually attempt to obtain a State Pension forecast online, it will prompt you to enter an existing Government Gateway ID or to set up a new one.Whether the lack of ID will mean your wife will be classed as 'digitally excluded' and unable to get one is another matter.....
