Power NI, over 14 working days to return credit

I switched from PowerNI to another electricity supplier in November and I had a few hundred pounds credit with them.

They initially said it would take up to 14 working days to return my money, but after 14 working days they have not returned my credit.

Unbelieveable they are doing this in the midst of a cost of living and energy crisis!

    Swopped my gas supplier from firmus to sse airtricity gas last month and got my credit back within 5 days.
    Definitely think the issue is with the company rather than normal blame it on the banking system for how long things take.
