Railcard site and app down?

I've been trying for 24 hrs now to buy a railcard online and also using the app. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and clearing browser data to no avail. It always falls over at the point you have to log in, even if you're already logged in!! Anyone succeeded with a work around?

Got a response via Facebook page. As I would like a digital card i need to email my photo first to them, obtain a case reference number, then should be able, somehow, to purchase over the phone. Other option is to purchase a paper copy over the phone or at a main station.  They obviously aren't too bothered about bug fixing,people have been complaining for months.

I had a digital railcard once, never again. I have the trusted plastic one now.
IT isn't their strong point.
