Good Evening, has anyone got experience of a buy to let mortgage with Buckinghamshire Building Society please?
Application submitted via mortgage broker several weeks ago, property valuation tomorrow. Is a mortgage offer by the end of this week possible? Any help/advice appreciated, thank you.

without knowing all the details of whats been going on in your case there is no way to answer this. They may have satisfied all outstanding underwriting already or they could have a list as long as their arm of questions on your case. The valuation may come back low on value or rent and need a complete remodel.
Too many variables to answer your question unfortunately.0 -

I think you might struggle to get an offer by the weekend, but as a small lender you will find they treat cases a lot more personally and so they might work hard to get everything to offer before they close for Christmas.
I think if you have got to this stage with them you will be fine, its just down to the valuation I imagine.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Bucks are not normally a lender you go to as Plan A, B or C so its expected to take longer. But when they get to valuation stage I have never known them to decline a case after that. I dont use them often though, but we have 100% success so I think they are pretty reliable.
