Terms and Conditions for the Visitor Survey competition 2022.

Win a short break in Portsmouth! Everyone who completes the Portsmouth Visitor Survey 2022 has the opportunity to submit their email address to be entered into the competition to win an overnight stay at the Village Hotel, Portsmouth, plus entry to The D-Day Story, Portsmouth Historic Dockyard and Spinnaker Tower.

Portsmouth City Council assumes all entrants have read and adhered to the following terms and conditions.

Competition entries will only be accepted via email addresses submitted at the end of the Visitor Survey 2022.

Entrants must be UK residents and aged 18 years old or over at the time of entry.

Only one entry per person will be accepted. Entrants may be disqualified entirely if multiple entries are submitted.

The competition will close on 6 January 2023. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries and notified within a week of the draw closing. They will then have seven days to acknowledge receipt of the prize before it's drawn again.

No alternative prize will be offered and the prize cannot be exchanged for cash.

Prize includes a one-night stay in a double room at the Village Hotel, Portsmouth. The stay will need to be booked, be subject to availability and redeemed before 30/04/2023.

The prize also includes two adult tickets to The D-Day Story, Spinnaker Tower and Portsmouth Historic Dockyard.

Transport and any other associated costs are not included in the prize.

This competition is not open to members of the Visit Portsmouth team within Portsmouth City Council or their immediate family members.

Visit Portsmouth reserves the right to amend these terms at any point during the promotion, including extending the deadline for competition entries if required.

The survey may remain open for submissions after the competition has closed. During which time responses will still be recorded but there will be no prize draw entry.
