Moving tax-free childcare to another childminder

Hi, we are due to move areas in a few months and so will be changing our childminder unfortunately. Our child is 17 months old and we claim tax-free childcare. The new childminder has asked for payment a month in advance, which means we will be paying two lots of childcare in one month! How does that work with tax-free childcare? Surely you can't claim for both at the same time?
Thanks,
Natalie
