Crumbling plaster help - Antrim Rd Belfast

Please help. We have plaster crumbling around inside of kitchen window. Could be an issue with window seal but unsure. Will prob need stripped back sealed & replastered. Hard to get a trustworthy tradesman who won't rip us off. Antrim Road Belfast. Can anyone recommend someone?
