TERMS AND CONDITIONS for “Countdown to Christmas with Planet Offers” (the “Competition”).

 These terms and conditions (the “Specific Terms”) for the Competition should be read alongside our general competition terms and conditions at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html (the “General Terms”) which will also apply to this Competition. Where there is any conflict between these Specific Terms and the General Terms, the Specific Terms shall prevail.

   1.ENTRY ROUTES AND COSTS

   Entries are restricted to one entry per person, per day.

Entry to the Competition is available via the following routes as per each day’s entry instructions. It will either be:

(A) Online at https://planetradio.co.uk/hits-radio/competitions/ and across all Hits Radio and Greatest Hits Radio Network win pages.

(B) Online via the Planet Offers Facebook page

Entry is free of charge.

      2.COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN

 There will be five separate competition prizes (1 per day), available to win by the following methods:

Monday 19th December: Blackpool Big Ticket Family Pass, valid until 1st October 2023.

1 winner is selected at random from those who enter their details online via the entry form.

Tuesday 20th December: Choice of Flamingo Land Winter Zoo Family Pass to use before 1st Jan 2023 or SEA LIFE Brighton Family Pass to use before 1st April 2023.

Wednesday 21st December: PSR Driving Experience (3 x Supercars, 9 laps in total)

1 winner is selected at random from those who follow/like the Planet Offers Facebook page, and like the competition post and comment with the correct answer to a question posted.

Thursday 22nd December: Choice of Legoland Discovery Centre (Manchester or Birmingham) or a Tomb Raider LIVE Experience Pass for 8 people

1 winner is selected at random from those who enter their details online via the entry form. Winner can choose the prize

Friday 23rd December: Warwick Castle 2023 Day Pass for 4 people

1 winner is selected at random from those who follow/like the Planet Offers Facebook page and post a photo to answer the request on the competition post.

For the Blackpool Big Ticket grand prize competition, entries open from Monday 19th December 2023 to Friday 23rd December 2023 and all valid entries will be pooled and the winners will be chosen by electronic random draw on Thursday the 29th December 2022.

For each prize given away between Tuesday 20th-Thursday 22nd December, all valid entries will be pooled and the winners will be chosen by random draw on the following working day after the competition closes.

For the Warwick Castle prize given away on Friday 23rd December, all valid entries will be pooled and the winners will be chosen by random draw on Thursday 29th December.

   3. ENTRY PERIOD

   Entries must be submitted during the following entry period:

Blackpool Big Ticket competition: From Monday 19th December 2022 at 00.01 (the “Start Time”) to Friday 23rd December 2022 (by 23:59) (“End Time”).

Flamingo Land Winter Zoo or SEA LIFE Brighton competition: From Tuesday 20th December 2022 at 00.01

      (the “Start Time”) to Tuesday 20th December 2022 (by 23:59) (“End Time”).

PSR Driving Experience competition: From Wednesday 21st December 2022 at 00.01 (the “Start Time”) to Wednesday 21st December 2022 (by 23:59) (“End Time”).

Legoland Discovery Centre or Tomb Raider LIVE Experience competition: From Thursday 22nd December 2022 at 00.01 (the “Start Time”) to Thursday 22nd December 2022 (by 23:59) (“End Time”).

Warwick Castle competition: From Friday 23rd December 2022 at 00.01 (the “Start Time”) to Friday 23rd December 2022 (by 23:59) (“End Time”).

Entries received before the Start Time or after the End Time will be invalid.

However if the winner cannot be contacted within 3 days from the date of the initial attempt to contact them, then we will re-draw until we draw a winner that we are satisfied (in our sole discretion) fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these Terms.

   4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS

  • Open to UK residents aged [18] years or over on date of entry.

• One entry per person, per day

• Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition,

including any Prize Provider, are not permitted to enter.

• We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant or winner who does not comply with any of the eligibility

criteria and/or is in breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to repeat the competition mechanic or any stage of it in order to draw a winner that fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these Terms.

    5. THE PRIZE

  5 winners will receive one of the following prizes (the “Prize”):

Monday 19th December: 4 x Blackpool Big Ticket vouchers (2 adults and 2 children)

Tuesday 20th December: A choice of 1 x Flamingo Land Winter Zoo Family Pass or 1 x SEA LIFE Brighton Family Pass

Wednesday 21st December: 1 x PSR Driving Experience (3 x Supercars, 9 laps in total). Available for use at PSR Driving Experience locations across the UK.

Thursday 22nd December: Choice of 4 x Legoland Discovery Centre (Manchester or Birmingham) vouchers (2 adults and 2 children), or a Tomb Raider LIVE Experience Pass for 8 people

Friday 23rd December: Warwick Castle 2023 Single Entry Day Pass for 4 people

The Prize is provided by Planet Offers (the “Prize Provider”). We are not responsible for any aspect of the Prize, including unsatisfactory quality or late delivery or a prize winner being unable to take up any aspect, or the entirety of the prize due to their own circumstances or restrictions.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.

Blackpool Big Ticket

• Voucher valid for one entry into each of the six attractions (The Blackpool Tower Eye, Blackpool Tower Circus, Blackpool Tower Dungeon, Madame Tussauds Blackpool, SEA LIFE Blackpool, The Blackpool Tower Ballroom) for 90 days from your date of redemption until 1/10/2023.

• 4 x vouchers valid for 2 adults and 2 children

• Prebook your first use via the link provided on the voucher.

Flamingo Land Winter Zoo Family Pass

• Valid for 4 people’s general admission to the zoo, five rides, keeper talks and sea lion show. Please note that the theme park is closed over the winter period.

SEA LIFE Brighton Family Pass

• 4 x vouchers valid for 4 individuals of any age (children under the age of 3 go free). Children (ages 14 and under) must be accompanied by an adult.

• Voucher valid until 1st April 2023 (excluding 24th & 25th December)

• Visit must be booked in advance by following the instructions on the ‘how to redeem’ section of the

voucher

PSR Driving Experience

• Valid for one person to drive 3 x supercars for 3 laps (9 laps in total) at a location of their choice.

• Must be redeemed before 11th April 2023. Voucher can be redeemed for bookings up to the 14th

March 2024.

• Visit must be booked in advance by following the instructions on the ‘how to redeem’ section of the

voucher

• Suitable for ages 10 or over, minimum height 4 ft 10”

• Surcharges are applicable for weekend bookings, some specific circuits and cars. See full details

LEGOLAND Discovery Pass

• 4 x vouchers, valid for 2 adults and 2 children to a choice of Manchester or Birmingham locations.

Tomb Raider LIVE Experience

• Valid for 8 people to attend once together before 30th June 2023.

• Suitable for ages 12 and above, under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

• 4 x vouchers, valid for any age.

• Valid for one use between 14th January – 31st December 2023.

• Any of the venue or events own applicable terms and conditions will also apply to each prize. Please check with the venue and/or event organiser as appropriate to check their own terms and conditions, rules and policies which shall apply.

• Unless expressly stated otherwise, travel to and from the event/venue, any accommodation or the cost of any spending money, food, drink or any other sustenance is not included in the prize and a prize winner and any of their guests shall be responsible for bearing the cost of any such additional expenses incurred in taking up the prize.
