APCOA station car part penalty notice - autopay didn't work

  • So I'd had some personal stuff going on and was away, and didn't submit the appeal to POPLA in time (my bad, my bad). Now I'm receiving debt collector letters. Curiously, AFTER I'd started receiving debt collector letters I received a postal response from APCOA, dated 24th January, the same as above - but it'd only arrived to me around mid-March by post. Anything I can do with that now, or just stay strong and ignore - or pay??? I've had letters from ZZPS and QDR Solicitors so far.

Read any APCOA thread.  Obviously ignore them!

Keep counting this down to the 6-month point. Send (complicated) questions to any of the players to keep them occupied as the clock ticks relentlessly.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Whatever you do, don't talk about the driver.
In this case it is only the driver, not the keeper, that can be liable.

Your opening post where you say "they have pictures of me entering and leaving" really would've been better written as "have pictures of my car entering and leaving".
If they read this thread, they can identify this incident using the unique PoPLA code you published earlier.

Would have been even better methinks!  :|
