Not surprised Budgens is the most expensive. Would be interesting to see how Sainsburys compares to Asda/Lidl/Morrisons thoughFTB - April 20201

trolley.co.uk is quite a good site for comparing prices as different supermarkets have different offers so what can be cheaper one week at one shop can be cheaper somewhere else next week depending on what you want to buy. My local shop is waitrose which can be pricey but sometimes they have some good offers. Which is when I stock up. They also have some good money off coupons with my the waitrose card eg £2,50 or £2.00 off something that you regularly buy. My next easiest to get to is morrisons, which I find quite expensive they're loyalty card is awful, all they gave me was 15p off a pkt of cheese.
I live quite rurally and would need 2 busses and almost 2hrs each way to get to Asda or Tesco (both in opposite directions)
It isn't just a matter of prices a lot depends on what supermarkets are available in your area and how much time you have and how much it will cost you to get there.3 -
Yes, which is why I put "local to me" in the OP.
