Ok hopefully someone can help. I never won anything before, but yesterday I won comp on capital radio.. was told would have prizes before Christmas.. when I was off line the lady on phone said she will send my phone number to said person and I will receive a link to fill in details for the prize.. my question is does anyone know how long the wait is because Christmas will be here soon enough.. they never took my address ect and when I asked if they needed it she said no a text will be sent.. thanks guys …

I’ve had a couple of wins with them.  The first one took ages before it was sent but the second one was the following day.  If you’ve got a number I would ring them.  Also check your junk mail.

I did get a call the other day to confirm address, the thing is they said u can win the most wanted in time for Christmas, its now the weekend I had no email to say if its despached I assume that’s why they wanted email. I been told it can now take 28 days so was a bit misleading, would love to have given my son one of the items for Christmas.. the Royal Mail last day for post was yesterday so hopefully they use someone else… I’m not being ungrateful infact I’m happy with the prizes
