most people just copy the answers already given.  instagram has mainly Lincoln, Facebook covent garden. Covent Gardens tree does have a red bow

It is the Covent Garden Christmas tree. For future reference if you go on Instagram and look up #citychristmastree or #citychristmasmarket you can check people's photos to find out which one is correct if people are giving multiple answers.
