1.COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN	There will be one winner of the Competition. The winner will be selected from all those that correctly answer the competition question on the relevant online page. All valid entries will be pooled, and the online winner will be chosen by electronic random draw on 19/12/2022 at 11am (entry period closes at 23:59 on 18/11/2022).

3. DATES	Entries must be submitted during the following entry period: From 12/12/2022 at 00:01 (the “Start Time”) to 18/12/2022 at 23:59 (“End Time”). Entries received before the Start Time or after the End Time will be invalid. Winner Announcement: The winner’s first name and hometown are available on request by emailing win@bauermedia.co.uk  However if the winner cannot be contacted within 28 days from the date of the initial attempt to contact them, then we will re-draw until we draw a winner that we are satisfied (in our sole discretion) fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these Terms.
4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS	Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry. One entry per person. Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, including any Prize Provider, are not permitted to enter. If you or any other person at your household has won a prize valued at £500 or more on any Bauer brand in the past 6 months, you nor they are not eligible to enter or win this competition. 3. MISCELLANEOUS.

a. Entries that don’t comply with these terms won’t be accepted and you may be disqualified if we think you’ve breached them.

b. Entrants may not enter more than once.

c. If there is a dispute about the operation of the Competition or correctness of any answers given, our decision is final and no discussion will be entered into on this subject.

d. We are not responsible if you fail to get through when you call / text to enter, or if you lose signal during a call.

e. You are responsible for all costs of entry.

f. You may be disqualified if you are incomprehensible, inaudible or if you appear to be driving, intoxicated or likely to offend listeners.

g. Whilst on-air, you must not make inappropriate or offensive statements.

i. We may cancel / amend / end / suspend the Competition if we need to do so due to circumstances outside our control.
