Barclays Mortgage Renewal

Hi All
my mortgage with Barclays is up in 180 days, they have a number of offers for me on the app, I’m debating 0.8 above BOE base or possibly the 5 year fix at 5.49. Wondering if these offers change over the coming weeks or the offers I have now will remain the same? Anyone have any experience of this?
not sure if I should wait before agreeing one.

They can be changed at any time. However if you secure one now then any increase wouldn't impact you (obviously an increase to the base rate would change the actual rate but the underlying rwte wouldn't change).
If a better option comes up then you can request a chnage to the cheaper rate. The lender will not proactively offer this so you need to keep an eye on it.
If there is a fee applicable then add it to the loan for now.
Maybe see a broker who can arrange this and then monitor for any changes and advise accordingly.0
