ASDA Wine Offer!!

Hi all,
Was in ASDA today and saw that they had a wide selection of 25cl bottles of wine for £1 each (were £2). I bought a few to make some cheap presents up by arranging them with chocolates etc.
These wines are all top notch ones such as Jacobs Creek, Crianza and French Connection. They are the 1/3 of teh size of a normal 75cl bottle so they equate to £3 for a normal bottle. The 75cl Crianza Rioja is currently in ASDA for £5.98 on offer, so buying 3 smaller bottles you get the same amount for £3.
That's not all....
After I purchased three small bottles, after I paid my bill the SA said keep hold of these they are vouchers and passed me bits of receipt hanging of the sales receipt. When I looked each purchase of the small bottle gives you a voucher for £2 off the larger bottle of the same variety valid until March 08.
So I have bought three 25cl bottles of different wines for £3.
And now have £6 worth of vouchers to spend.

Sorry, I defintely haven't seen it on here for the last few weeks, I thought if that was the case then maybe I would be helping someone by posting it.
TBH, looks like you've got too much time on your hands, go find some bargains0 -
I seem to remember that Asda was doing eome wine at £8 per bottle or 3 bottles for £10. Does anyone know if this offer still exists and what type of wine that was on offer"Did you hear about the frog that broke down on the motorway???? They toad him away!"0

well I missed all of the previous threads about this offer, so here's at least one someone who's glad you posted ... thanks0 -
thanks wissy I missed the other posts too so am glad that you posted. I do not know why people have to be so pedantic about someone who has missed a post by accident. Better to post twice than miss it. So what she posted and didn't see it before why mention it? It makes no odds it is not a contest just an honest attempt to help. Taffy0
