British Gas - 'Something went wrong'

Anyone else having problems accessing there billing account and other pages after logging on to their account. 
Its been like this for weeks. I sent them a message saying I could not access the billing information and they rang me and I spoke to a lady who suggested it was due to a technical update. She even said try logging out and then back in, but that didn't make any difference either. 
I was able to logon using the app on my phone and take a screen shot showing the monthly amount I am now paying, but that is now saying I don't appear to have an energy account. All very strange.
