Barclays final redemption statement

Can anyone tell me how long it takes to get a redemption statement from Barclays? We are due to exchange and complete next week but we are still waiting for the statement!

You solicitor needs to get this, they should already have it

It's the sellers. We have just been told they waiting for it, so I'm trying to find out how long it will take

I think it's 5 working days for the solicitor.
The seller themselves can log on to their online account and request one instantly (I bank with Barclays  ) but I think the solicitor has to request it themselves.

Fingers crossed for you, our sale was held up on completion day due to a delayed redemption statement (only by a few days though..)
