Applying to all prizes and offers in the Cheval Collection 2022 Christmas Advent Calendar

Terms and conditions applying to ‘Cheval Collection’s 2022 Christmas Quiz’

• The game will be live on the Cheval Collection website to play from 12th December 2022 until the 23rd of December 2022
• To be eligible to win a prize, you can either play the Christmas Quiz and answer three multiple choice questions, giving you up to three chances to win per day (plus a bonus chance simply for playing), or submit your details without playing for a single chance to win per day
• Only one entry or game play is permitted per individual for each day’s prize
• Winners will be drawn at random. All decisions by the management at Cheval Collection are final
• The winner of each day’s competition will be announced on the following day at 5pm GMT on Cheval Collection’s Instagram page
• Each day’s winner will also be contacted by email the following day. If the winner does not respond within seven days of being contacted, Cheval Collection reserves the right to select a new winner for the respective day of the competition
• Employees of Cheval Collection are not eligible to enter the competition
• Cheval Collection accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize (including, without limitation, travel to and from a Cheval Residence or Cheval Maison)
• Cheval Collection reserves the right to substitute an item of equivalent value in the event that shipping to the winner’s nominated address is not possible
• Only one prize per individual will be permitted within the 12-day period

Terms and conditions applying to a complimentary one-night stay at a Cheval Residence or Cheval Maison

• The one-night stay at one of the selected properties (Cheval Three Quays, Cheval Gloucester Park, Lexham Gardens by Cheval Maison, Cheval The Edinburgh Grand) will be in a one-bedroom apartment sleeping two adults aged 18 and over
• The apartment type will be allocated on arrival at the Residence or Maison
• Stays are subject to availability and blackout dates
• Blackout dates in 2023 are 7-10 April (Easter), 1 July-31 August inclusive and 22-31 December (Christmas and New Year)
• The stay must be booked directly with the Cheval Reservations team (T: +44 (0)20 7341 7052 / reservations@chevalcollection.com) and the stay must be completed by 21st December 2023
• If the complimentary stay is not redeemed within the stated timeframe, the prize will be forfeited, and Cheval Collection will not be obligated to provide an alternative
• This prize cannot be substituted for cash or any other item or service of equivalent value
• All the normal terms and conditions for a stay at a Cheval Residence or Cheval Maison apply
• The complimentary stay is not applicable to an existing booking

Terms and conditions applying to a complimentary two-night stay at Cheval The Edinburgh Grand

• The two-night stay at Cheval The Edinburgh Grand will be in a one-bedroom apartment sleeping two adults aged 18 and over
• The apartment type will be allocated on arrival at the residence
• Stays are subject to availability and blackout dates apply
• Blackout dates in 2023 are 7-10 April (Easter), 1 July-31 August inclusive and 22-31 December (Christmas and New Year)

• All retail vouchers will be purchased by Cheval Collection as identified in the individual prize draw and supplied to the winner either by post or e-mail address at the discretion of Cheval Collection
• Gift vouchers cannot be substituted for cash or any other item or service of equivalent value

Terms and conditions applying to Afternoon Tea at The Register Club dinner

• The voucher is applicable for two adults aged over 18
• Bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability

• The voucher is valid until the 30th June 2023

Terms and conditions applying to chocolate assortment boxes

• Cheval Collection reserves the right to substitute an item of equivalent value in the event that shipping to the winner’s nominated address is not possible
• Allergens and ingredients are available on request
• Chocolate boxes cannot be substituted for cash or any other item or service of equivalent value
• Maison Samadi chocolate prizes available for United Kingdom residents only

Terms and conditions applying to Fortnum & Mason hamper

• Cheval Collection reserves the right to substitute an item of equivalent value in the event that shipping to the winner’s nominated address is not possible

• The hamper cannot be substituted for cash or any other item or service of equivalent value
