More Homeless and Bankrupt LLWhy will the landlords be bankrupt? Landlords have raised their rents to extreme heights during all the years of low interest rates and have given themselves a massive profit.Having read the benefits boards, I would rather Martin turned his attention to pensioners on Housing Benefit. Those on Pension Credit and those of working age on Universal Credit, got the £700 cost of living payment, but pensioners on Housing Benefit but not on Pension Credit, did not get that £700.0
