Selleotape hand/wrist dispenser refills?

Hoping someone can help here?
I have 2x sellotape dispensers that are 'worn' around the hand with a stretchy strap. You dispense by pulling a 3cm or so piece of sellotape.
They were really popular a few years ago, and for good reason in that you never wasted any and it was tidy and took up no space and made wrapping presents very easy
I came to start wrapping a few presents and found that I had run out of my stock of the refills last year. I look on-line and no one seems to sell them.
If they are still sold in the uk, can someone link me to some please? My guess is that they are so efficient and economical without waste that sellotape stopped making them?

I still have these but haven’t seen refills for years. Such a shame as they are fab.1

@Gers Thanks for effort, but it's not the correct refill. It is a re-fill that fits in the gadget at the top - the sellotape is in a block of small (3.5cm?) strips of tape, so when you pull them out they are pre cut to size, ideal for presents.

I'm another one who was caught by these a few years ago and I'm still smarting from the experience. I remember thinking how useful they'd be and finding them really helpful and then the following Christmas there was no sign of them or any refills anywhere in the shops at all. Eventually I think I threw the wristband thingy out in sheer exasperation at its uselessness.
