Possible sweet hamper win

Hi everyone, I've had a hamper of sweets turn up via Amazon but no note on the packing slip. Amazon were unable to give me details of the sender, it arrived on my birthday but no family or friends have sent it. So I wondered if it was a prize? I've searched but can't find an exact match.

Does anyone recall a competition for a sweets hamper? The one I received is "Bumbledukes Great British Sweets Hamper - British Sweets & Chocolate selection box. 1.6kg of contemporary & retro sweets & chcocolate." I'd love to confirm if it is a win or a birthday gift and thank the sender either way.

It might have been the actual vendor that sent you the sweets from amazon if they have your details somehow. This has happened to people before.

I'm hoping it's a win but it's probably worth being mindful just in case :)
