Fourth Anniversary 10 Posts Name Dropper

Mortgage application went in on Thursday evening. Credit searches completed the next day. Valuation made on the Monday. Mortgage offer received at 7:30 this morning.
All in all, two working days from application. 
I was apprehensive as I had a default for £170 over two years ago. 
I am so pleased with the speed.

    I love Skipton. 
    They can be a bit mean when it comes to credit scoring, but they can be mega efficient. My quickest is 92 minutes from application to offer with them.
