Nusic Magpie seem to be one of the berst places for geyting used phones. Looked at there guides and cant quite work out what GOOD means.
But it only goes to GOOD. Seems to indicate light scrathces for Good but says nothing about battery condition. also does not defive VERRY good, whitch some of the phoned are.
Also when I search for phnoes it has Good, New, Prestine and Verry good. Not mention of Poor.
What I want to know if what condition should I looks for for light scratches or no scratches on screen.

There are almost 250,000 reviews on music magpie which should give you a reasonable overview

couple of phone reviews (2 x 5 and 2 x 1 star)
went for a "good condition" phone. Have to say the condition of the phone is excellent and it arrived promptly the day it was meant to, well packaged and in pristine condition
Nervous about buying a refurbed iPhone13Pro anywhere but from the Apple store but musicMagpie was highly recommended by mates. The choices were wide, the discount was excellent, the price was just bearable, so I took the plunge. Then, even when I'd received my 'immaculate' (it is) iPhone I was still suspicious it might have issues yet to be discovered. So far - 3 weeks in - it's faultless. And I LOVE it!
We ordered a phone for my daughters Christmas which cost £350. When the parcel arrived there was a sticker on parcel saying that the parcel had been damaged in transit. When we opened the parcel there was no phone inside box. We then contacted music magpie who said they had a opened a dispute up, there was nothing to dispute, we paid £350 for an empty box! 14days on and we have not heard a thing from music magpie, there is no contact number or any customer service team to help with queries.
Shocking , 14 days and my phone has still not arrived . I have paid upfront for the monthly cost and still no phone. The next months payment is due in a week and I still do not have a phone. They have said I cannot cancel contract as I have to wait for the phone to arrive .
