Try https://www.sharingpensions.co.uk/income_drawdown2.htm and scroll down to "GAD tables"
Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!

Is this for capped drawdown taken pre-2015?  If so the easiest way forward is perhaps to convert to flexi-access drawdown where there are no restrictions though it is your responsibility not to take too much drawdown so that you run out of money early. Capped drawdown is now obsolete and no longer available to new pensioners.

From a bit of research though limited personal knowledge...
I believe current GAD calculations use the post 2017 tables here: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/drawdown-pension-tables

In recent months the GAD rate has increased significantly.  The latest (November 2022) GAD rate is given as 4.5% in https://ifamagazine.com/article/gad-rate-increase-creates-drawdown-advice-opportunity/ where a worked example appears to use the tables given above.  I cannot find where the GAD rate is officially published.
