Is anyone else experiencing delays with delivery when taking advantage of the offer. I contacted Ciate and they said due to high demand its taking time for team to dispatch orders and offered me a refund. I said I’d wait a few more days as understand that but as its an advent calendar time is a factor. When doing a bit of digging its revealed orders can take weeks to arrive?
