    Spoke too soon, was getting 37w about an hour ago. 
    Back to installer and yet another email to Sunsynk. Got to say I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

    Northern Lincolnshire. 7.8 kWp system, (4.2 kw west facing panels , 3.6 kw east facing), Solis inverters, Solar IBoost water heater, Mitsubishi SRK35ZS-S and SRK20ZS-S Wall Mounted Inverter Heat Pumps, ex Nissan Leaf owner)

    You don't have any aerials, chimneys, wires etc. overhanging any of the panels I assume? Must admit it sounds like something is not quite right, we reached 60% of peak output today on our SE/SW system
