Some lenders state the valuation on the portal page. Some others state the LTV and the balance so you have to work backwards. Others dont state it but you can call and ask.
As i ported my mortgage a couple of years back i have 2 products so need to go through the whole phone conversation which i will be the house price index has given me a good guide to compare before then.0 -
