Hi again, sorry to keep asking questions. I have filled in all the forms for transferring to Lifesight. I was ready to post the forms but then googled Lifesight. What limited reviews I could find were very poor. Should I look for another drawdown provider or am I worrying too much. Thanks for any opinions0

Hi again, sorry to keep asking questions. I have filled in all the forms for transferring to Lifesight.https://mypension.dhl.co.uk/LifeSight

Have you had a look at the video in the above?
You might also try below for some information.
https://www.moneyhelper.org.uk/en/pensions-and-retirement/pension-wise/explore-your-pension-options
The reviews below are not good but remember that it is those who have poor experiences who tend to write reviews.
https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/www.lifesight-epa.com
You could request a transfer of your pension to another provider but you would need to consider which provider would best suit your situation.
In view of your uncertainty, and particularly if this pension is important to your retirement planning, you might be well advised to take advice from an IFA before taking any irrevocable action.
Naturally there would be a fee but just going ahead "blind" could prove much more expensive?
https://adviserbook.co.uk/ You would tick "confirmed independent" and "pensions and retirement".
You could then ring round to check on service and fees.

I have decided to proceed with Lifesight and applied for a lump sum.
Let us know how you get on.
