RULES
The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at smooth radio east midlands apply to win he ultimate fesive derby experience competition ("the Competition") which will run from 1/12/2022 at 18:00 to 10/12/2022 at 10:30 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Smooth East Midlands. 
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
 

Details of the Competition:

• To enter the Competition an Entrant must go to the online page on smooth.co.uk, answer the question via the online portal and register their details. Online entry will open at 18:00 on 1/12/2022 and close at 12:30 on 10/12/2022. 
• One winner will be randomly selected from all complete entries and contacted by a member of the box office team at Derby Live. 
• The winner will have 24 hours to accept the prize via phone or email before their entry is deemed void and another winner will be selected. 
• The first winner will not get a consolation prize if 24 hours have passed. 
• There is one prize in total to win, by one individual and a unique winner. ​

Eligibility:

• Entry is restricted to people aged 18 or older. 
• Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed. 
• Entrant must live in the Smooth East Midlands Transmission area. Which are the following postcodes: S, PE, LN, NG, DE, LE, NN

Prize:

One winner will win the following prize package: 

• 4 tickets to see Pantomime Aladdin at Derby Arena with preshow pizza, salad, garlic bread and soft drinks for all. Enjoy popcorn and sweets to enjoy during the show, and interval ice creams for children and another soft drink or alcoholic beverage for adults. 
• T&C’s, subject to availability, not available on tickets already purchased. All refreshments need to be pre-ordered as part of the prize arrangements so you can avoid the queues!
• Car parking and programmes are not included.

• 8 skate tickets for any standard skating session. T&C’s subject to availability, not available on tickets already purchased. Skate age is recommended as 5+
• 4 tickets to see The Christmas Toyshop Mystery by The Babbling Vagabonds in Derby Market Place. T&C’s subject to availability, not available on tickets already purchased. Show is suitable for younger children.
• 4 tickets to see A Christmas Carol by The Lost Boys show on Wednesday 21 December, 6pm show. T&C’s, tickets must be taken on performance as listed, not available on tickets already purchased. Show is suitable for those aged 7+.
• Parking and programmes are not included. Skate aids are offered on a first come first served basis. Doesn’t include skating at themed sessions or toddler sessions.
