GOOD MORNING BRITAIN AND LORRAINE PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

Who can enter:

Prize Draw open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter and STV Group PLC, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

· Prize Draw in relation to Good Morning Britain and Lorraine programmes (the “Programme”) opens for entries via PRTS, SMS, post, and online via the www.itv.com/win or www.stv.tv/win websites (“Website”) on Friday 2 December 2022.

· Prize Draw closes for entries via PRTS, SMS and online at 2:00pm Friday 23 December 2022.

· Prize Draw closes for entries via post at 4:00pm Tuesday 3 January 2023.

Winner selection & contact:

· The draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries.

· Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

How to enter & cost of entry:

Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in the second call). For each subsequent call from the same phone number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their call). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. Each call costs £2.00 plus your network access charge.

· SMS text – send an SMS text with the keyword PRIZE or WINNER to 65557; up to fifteen (15) paid entries per phone number. Entrants who send a second SMS text entry using the same mobile number by the closing date and time will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). Prize:

There is one (1) prize of £120,000 cash, a car, a holiday e-voucher and a gifts and gadgets package.

(i) £120,000 cash

This element of the prize consists of £120,000 (one hundred and twenty thousand pounds) made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only.

(ii) A car

This element of the prize consists of an electric BMW iX3 M Sport Pro in Mineral White with Vernasca Leather car (“Car”) including first registration fee and road fund licence for the first year, automatic transmission and number plates.

The prize provider of the Car will use reasonable efforts to deliver the Car to the winner’s home address within three (3) months of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner however please note that delivery of the car may be subject to delay due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the Car, a current driver’s licence and a current and valid photo ID such as a UK passport. The winner is responsible for insuring the Car and all other costs associated with taking up the prize.

The winner may choose to register the Car in another person’s name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person.

Please note that the Car may include mileage for promotional purposes.

(iii) A holiday e-voucher

This element of the prize consists of an e-voucher worth £5000 (five thousand pounds) for the winner to redeem against a selection of holidays including all accommodation, spa treatments, dinner and drinks, watersports at Lower Mill Estate (Cotswolds) and Silverlake (Dorset) as available at https://www.habitatescapes.com/ (“voucher”). Please note that restrictions (including date restrictions) may apply depending on the chosen holiday and that the winner must book their holiday(s) by contacting the prize provider of the voucher on the phone.

The voucher can be used towards multiple booking(s) or full payment on any holiday of equal or lower value. The winner must be the lead booker on every booking. The voucher must be redeemed within two (2) years from activation of the prize.

The value of any monetary balance of the voucher may not be exchanged for cash equivalent or alternative. If the winner’s order value exceeds £5,000 (“Maximum Spend”), the winner must pay any costs above the Maximum Spend. If the winner’s order value costs under the Maximum Spend, no cash exchange will be offered and the balance will remain on the voucher until the date of expiry. The Promoter and/or prize provider of the voucher will not replace or reimburse the monetary value of the voucher if it is lost, stolen or damaged.
