ICELAND OVER 60 VOUCHERS - DID YOU GET ONE?

Several of my friends and myself applied for the £30 vouchers offered by Iceland in August. We qualified as we live in Newport which was one of the 17 cities featured and was a requirement for acceptance. It is now December and I do not know anyone who has received a voucher and have been into Iceland and asked and the manager did not know anything about it. Iceland Customer Services also did not know about the offer and therefore I am wondering if it was a scam. I would be glad of any information please.
