Hello!
Thank you for your hard work in this forum.
I have used the sticky, complained to the landowner but got nowhere (Interestingly, the land owner lets the site curtilage to a PFI company, and that firm sublets the space to a medical practice).
I then put my appeal to UKPC and they have responded, citing
"In the case of ParkingEye v Beavis [2015] and asking for the full name and address of the driver within seven days of the date of this letter. At the bottom of the letter it states "Failure to provide this information will give us no alternative other than to make our final decision based on the previous information received. At this stage a POPLA verification code will be provided" Are they just trying to get me to fess up who was driving and give me some mumbo jumbo at the same time?
I have my POPLA appeal set ready to go (I shall paste here when i get my code for advice).
Still waiting for that NTK....needs to come by 14th December. I was wondering, if it comes a few days late due to the strikes is it down to the date on the letter or the date it arrives at my house? I was wondering whether they could be cheeky and backdate!
Don't know whether I should ignore their response or respond on day 6 (they gave me 7 days to respond) hoping it delays the NTK further?
Thanks for your help in advance

The NTK has to arrive by day 56 in a windscreen PCN case.
You just ignore that begging letter.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Oh I feel silly. I checked my vc5 despite being certain I had done it when I moved house. Sadly it went to my old house: i popped a note through their door to let them know if there was any post for me (expecting the NtK before 14th dec). I was keeping so hopeful they hadn’t sent it….
Even so, I’ll wait for the POPLA code as nothing has arrived via email yet aside from the correspondence above.0 -
What you must do now is tell UKPC of your new address and request confirmation/
Enclose proof such as a utility bill, redacted of course.
These clowns will often ask for photo ID such as a drivers licence or passport.
NEVER DO THAT., NOT IN THIS SCAM INDUSTRY
If you have not yet informed the DVLA of your new address do it today, that is your licence and V5 ..... You have to do both online
The DVLA can fine you £1000 otherwise.
As far as UKPC asking who was the driver .... none of their business and as said, you ignore such junk

To do the above, send a rectification notice to the DPO of UKPC instructing them to erase your old data and replace it with your new address for service.
It is important that you use the word I have highlighted, and that you include non-photo proof of ID with your instruction.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks2 -
Great thank you. When I appealed I gave my current address (but the data they requested for the NtK I assume will be different). So they have my correct address but NtK to the wrong address
i will contact DPO today. Thank you0 -
Yep - and you must use the word 'erase' about the old address.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you - had a quick look and cannot find an email to their DPO. Only their sales email address or an enquiry form - will that be OK if it is FAO DPO?
Good news though, the person who lives at my old address has not received anything for me, so i presume no NtK has arrived (day 56 is 14th December so am hopeful this is an extra point to add on POPLA).
With this in mind, should i still rectify the new address or wait until after the 14th to do so?0 -

There is a link to their Privacy Policy at the foot of every page of their website.2 -
Got it - thank you!
I will email them now, they would have to get the NtK in the post ASAP anyway!
Just to add on - should i include numberplate and my UKPC reference number?

Yes.
And have you updated the DVLA record online, so if UKPC ask tomorrow they get the right address?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
