to the other advisers

A client has just bought to my attention, a deal on the charcolonline.co.uk. it comes up as a 95% ltv self-cert deal with Woolwich ;D.

I tried many different scenario's under 'are you eligible'. And it always comes up 'no'! I called Woolwich who says it doesn't exist. I called charcolonline and I was told that you still need to provide 3 years accounts ??? ??? And when I asked him that as a self-cert mortgage you shouldn't need to, He replied "no sir you are thinking of a Non Status mortgage" ??? :o ??? "but I see where you are coming from" :o ??? ::)

God help us when these kind of people are giving advice.

My point is has any of you come across this??
