Clydesdale Offset

Afternoon all,
Remortage time again, and this time around I'm thinking of a 2 year Offset mortgage just to tide me over until we have some calm in the market.
Current state, 16 years left of Mortgage which is up in April currently 1.81.
Savings to offset 90k, remaining on mortgage come April £140,000
I have seen through Fairmortgages that clydesdale are offering 3.79 2 year Discount offset mortgage (seems only available via a broker) this seems to be the best deal I can find, and is 3.99% direct.
What are peoples thoughts on this deal, have I missed anything else on the market, is there anything else better out there?
Also thinking I will extend the term back up to 25 years over this 2 year period to allow more savings and bring it back down when I renew next time.

Update, seems a moot point now anyway, looks like rate has been pulled and now 4.54

The moneyfacts website lets you filter to see all the offset mortgages on the market and the current rate - the current lenders are Clydesdale (discount), Accord (fixed), Family Building Society (discount), Barclays (the only BEBR tracker product), Yorkshire Bank (discount), First Direct (fixed), Yorkshire Building Society (fixed), and I might have missed one or two.
I ended up going with Accord, after lots of thinking through!1
