Has anyone had problems with BES Utilities. We really need help getting out of their contract. This is just not us there are so many businesses that are in jeopardy because of their extortionate fees.
I would like to speak to people who have also had any experience with this company.

Oh yes... BES are infamous. I got caught by them a few years ago in a moment of weakness and it took a lot of hassle to get out of their contract. There's various websites and groups about them that you can probably find with a google.
Short answer: There isn't really any way out of the contract other than changing the legal tenant of the property they are supplying. A change of tenancy forces them to release you - this can be done by eg changing the legal entity of the tenant from a soletrader to a Ltd or vice versa.0
