Thought best to point out that it's actually a cooking chocolate brand.ally86 said:This is a chocolate brand and requires newsletter sign up to enter.

Can I just say, Callebaut is not "cooking chocolate" it is Belgian chocolate that can be tempered, but also eaten as is, it is the basis of most Belgian chocolates and delicious!15

I'm not disputing that it can be eaten as it is but it's mainly used in cooking.Emmab19973 said:Can I just say, Callebaut is not "cooking chocolate" it is Belgian chocolate that can be tempered, but also eaten as is, it is the basis of most Belgian chocolates and delicious!
Don't think you'll find many people sitting down with a 5kg, 10kg bar, 2.5kg bag of chocolate chips or shavings to have a munch on.
I among others on here was a winner last year and we all received the chocolate chips which came with a recipe card.
Their UK stockists are nearly all catering supplies.
Anyway, good luck
