1.    The Bisto Best promotion (‘Promotion’) is organised by Global (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions). The Promotion will run from Wednesday 30th November 2022 to Friday 30th December 2022 on the Heart Network, the Smooth Network and Classic FM. Global is the Promoter. The ‘Promotion Partner’ mentioned in these Specific Rules is Premier Foods Group Limited and the ‘Prize Providers’ are Global and NDL Group. 

 2.   IMPORTANT: The Promotion is subject to these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions which are available here (together, the ‘Promotion Terms and Conditions’). Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions. If there are any inconsistences between these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions, these Specific Rules shall take precedence. 

Details of the Promotion: 

3.    To enter the Promotion, you must go online to the Promotion entry page on either heart.co.uk/win, smoothradio.com/win or classicfm.com/win, register your details and describe what the perfect roast dinner means for you (your “Submission”). No purchase of Bisto product necessary. 

4.    You will have a maximum of 300 characters to complete your answer in the textbox provided. 

5.    Online entry will open at 17:00 on Wednesday 30th November 2022 and close at 23:59 on Friday 30th December 2022. Entries received before or after this time will not be included in the Promotion.  

6.    Within 7 working days of the closing time of the Promotion, all eligible entries received from all three websites will be entered into a draw. One entry will be selected at random and the winning entrant will be contacted by one of our representatives via telephone on the telephone number you included on your entry form. If such winner does not respond within 28 days from being contacted, they will forfeit their right to the prize, and we shall be entitled to select another winner by another random draw. That subsequent winner must respond to the notification call or email within 7 working days of the date on which they are notified, or they will also forfeit the prize.  

7.   By submitting your entry to this Promotion, you confirm that you have obtained the consent of all individuals that feature in your submission (in the case of children under the age of 18, you have obtained the consent of the child’s parent/guardian) and agree to notify us immediately if their consent is withdrawn at any time. 17.    The gift card will be sent via e-mail and will expire after 12 months. You will not be able to use this card after that date and any unused balance on the card will be lost. The gift card can be redeemed online only. 

18.    For security reasons, cards are delivered unloaded, card will automatically load within 48 hours from delivery. 

19.    All product prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that the Prize Provider receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner.  

20.    The Prize Provider will do their best to adhere to these time frames, however there may be delays with stock availability and deliveries. 

21.    We will endeavour to transfer the prize money to your bank account within 28 days but are not responsible for any delays. You must provide all necessary details via the method directed within 14 days after the original request to do so otherwise the prize will be forfeited at our discretion.  

22.    Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner.  

23.    The prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. A cash alternative is not available.
