    This would have been noticed at DIP stage. Halifax has a good robust credit scoring process at DIP stage and it is extremely rare for a case to decline post application for credit.  I dont think i have ever seen it to be honest and i've been around as a broker for 8 years and worked for Halifax for 9 years prior to that . Usually if it declines post application its for a policy reason with the employment or the property.
