M&S Checkout error, anyone else?

This is the third evening in a row that I cannot checkout my basket on M&S, it's always giving me a message 'Oops something went wrong...'. Is it just me? I've cleared cookies, used two different browsers, still can't checkout my basket. I know there's plenty of time till Christmas, but my basket includes a robe and slippers which I imagine will be at risk of going fairly promptly.

Why not try another basked and delete the old one

Try a different browser as well just to rule out the problem?

I’ve had a similar problem with other stores and it turned out that even though the item was showing as in stock it had actually sold out. Could you try removing an item from your basket to see if that helps?

I've tried the suggestions, emptied the basket, readded the items, still an error. Cleared cookies, repeated, no luck. I've tried in Firefox and Edge. I've no idea what's going on.

" Sorry, something went wrong.

Please try again shortly or go back the home"

Edit: Tried disabling my adblocker, still an error, sigh.

Yes, totally infuriated with this today too. Tried app and website with same message “something went wrong”. If there’s something wrong why don’t they post info? Have tried about a dozen times. Must be problem their end. They should put out a statement online!

I’m not going to faff about deleting one item at a time to see if this works. Or try a different browser 😳 If they don’t want my custom then they lose. Get your IT sorted! 😳
