Anyone use Liquid Opinions?

Been with them a while, and recently got over the 2000 points required to redeem. So redeemed over a week ago, noting that they said if nothing is received in 3 working days, then to email them. So about 5 working days later, I noticed I had nothing paid into my Paypal, so emailed them like they said, using the email provided. This was a few days ago now. No reply. I have cashed out twice before and not had any problems. What would be the best thing to do next? Not keen on emailing again as it seems they get ignored. Been on Trustpilot but Liquid Opinions isn't on there. Cheers

Got email from Paypal this morning, saying my payment from Liquid opinions had arrived. Perhaps I was being a little hasty

Does anyone know whether Liquid Opinions is still running?

The last survey I had from them was in July.

Yes it is, I've just done a survey Saturday 21/10/2023.

I received a payment from them during May, it did arrive quite soon after requesting.

However, as it took such a long time to reach the £20 value needed for payment, I decided that my demographic details weren't suitable and unsubscribed my membership.

Then sent a lovely email, valuing my membership.  I think you will receive payment, but patience is the key with L O.

yes they are still going but I got towards the end of a survey & they screened me out, very fustrating
