I would like to give the trading212 ago, sounds interesting. Can someone point me in the right direction and if any one has a referral code it would be much appreciated.

Signed up for prolific and on the waiting list, and joined YouGov surveys.
Plan to get some stuff list on Facebook tomorrow.
Need to get off the starting block!

Have you got YouGov finance yet? If so you can just open a load of bank accounts and link them up for 500 YouGov points per current account/credit card and 100 points per savings account. You will need to use the accounts to get the points though, but just bouncing some money through them regularly should suffice. You can then get the points again for re-linking them every 3 months.

I'm just in the process of opening extra current accounts for this purpose myself. Will probably link another ten or so next month.
No I don't have YouGov finance. I just registered for the surveys so far.
Does it not impact on your credit score opening all the accounts?
If you apply for a new current account they often do a hard search, which lowers your credit temporarily. These drop off your report after 6-12 months. I've consistently had 14-17 accounts for months now and never had any bother. It is defaults, missed payments etc that really will knock it for six. Having multiple current accounts has a very minimal effect I've found.

  • How do people work out loyalty points etc? I've just checked some of my cards and realised I had more than I thought! Is it when the points are earned, or when you cash them that you should go by?

Same with cashback too, when it's earnt or when it's paid out?

  • Hi guys, is this the best place to talk about matched betting?
I'm taking a week off from work soon and want to spend some time getting in to it but a complete noob.
Any ideas about where to start and how much one can expect to make over the first 6-12 months?
