I have lost my connection today. Bright has failed. I have to add a network called Glow-BE4C7C. I have done it several times before, but today I cannot add that network. Can anyone help, please?
I have osteoarthritis in my hands so I speak my messages into a microphone using Dragon. Some people make "typos" but I often make "speakos".

I've had the app claiming that it's lost connection to its own network or my local network or both in the past. I've found that I can either mess about for hours trying to reconnect or just switch it off for several hours when it seems to recover on its own !NE Derbyshire.4kWp S Facing 17.5deg slope (dormer roof).24kWh of Pylontech batteries with Lux controller BEV : Hyundai Ioniq50 -

P.S. I am not quite sure what the Glow network does. Is it just for setup, or is it a permanent requirement?I have osteoarthritis in my hands so I speak my messages into a microphone using Dragon. Some people make "typos" but I often make "speakos".0 -

I'd suggest you contact Glow support (support@glowmarkt.com ) if it still won't connect.
Never really understood why Octopus can get 3 decimal places in their results but when I download half-hourly meter readings from Glow I only get 1 dp plus 0 or 5 in second.NE Derbyshire.4kWp S Facing 17.5deg slope (dormer roof).24kWh of Pylontech batteries with Lux controller BEV : Hyundai Ioniq51 -
I wonder whether I have a meter problem because Octopus has also failed to collect stats since 24th. I wonder whether Geo hasn't had the network rebooted because that's another device that is failing to connect.I have osteoarthritis in my hands so I speak my messages into a microphone using Dragon. IF you get a helpful operator, Octopus should also be able to help and might even reboot meter for you.NE Derbyshire.4kWp S Facing 17.5deg slope (dormer roof).24kWh of Pylontech batteries with Lux controller BEV : Hyundai Ioniq50 -
