I can't find the answer anywhere on the website and they aren't replying to my emails or social media requests.
Does anyone know what is the max credit a meter can build that takes a payeasy card?

I spent 700 and got approx. 1200m3. I was asking for the max limit, but I honestly can't remember what the man said. Hope it helps.0

Hi, I phoned recently about this and max is 1800 units.0

Yes i eventually phoned them about another matter and was told they "thought" it was 1800. My reason to call them was a discrepancy when i was toppng up. I typed up £49 in mid Nov and for 55m³ of gas. I topped up another £49 on 30 Nov but only got 53. All they could say is that it varies! I challenged this as i thought there was a set unit charge and i queried this regarding credit meters and he said that there unit rates were fixed. I do understand that the conversion factor does vary but they could explain any further. So I've raised a formal complaint to get this explained to me...... They have 10 days to respond .1
