Rosolite Mortgages - anyone have experience with?

I'm trying to pay off preferably in a lump some some or most of an interest only mortgage but the website states there may be penalties if you overdo overpayments and its not clear how to do so in anycase - the site also says to contact us in the event of -
The only contact details are via post(!) or phone direct - except that after you go through a million questions and menus you simply are left in a call queue which self terminates after about 3/4 of an hour or so - nice.
Anyone have any experience/tips/advice? TIA

Have a look at your original paperwork as it will say how much you can overpay by without incurring early repayment charges; generally it's 10% of the balance each statement year, but there are some who allow more or less.
Did you try the self-service option?Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0
