How have asking prices for property changed in your area since summer?

We have noticed a few price reductions on things that aren’t shifting which have been on for a while now - a few people just keeping the listing active without reductions and hoping for an offer. There’s still a lot of overpriced houses it feels, certainly in the Tonbridge/Sevenoaks area.Offered 4.5% (£30k/£650k house) less than asking on a new build house, agent doesn’t seem to think the developer will be interested but I suspect the developer will struggle to shift it given it’s been available to reserve (off-plan) since September.1
