Hi all, I searched to see if anyone has any experience dealing with the above but nothing was found.
I’m up to my eyeballs in debt and feeling like there’s no way out. It’s a mix of old CC and catalogue which I used to have a good handle on but since parking charges and council tax debt has been added on its spiralled. Add to this my SE partner having health issues so no wages I feel like there’s no way to fix it.

I saw J&R on tiktok and they have great trust pilot reviews. Has anyone used them to help before? They seem to be able to help with bailiffs which is the stage I’m at now.
Any knowledge would be great before I speak with them.
I’m currently in breathing space for 3 more weeks and trying to get a plan in place before then.

DO NOT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE.
This company is an IVA factory. All they want to do is push you towards that whether it is suitable or not and earn themselves some fat fees in the process.

Ah ok thank you. Stepchange are being very vague about my options so I wasn’t sure if going with another would be better. I’ll stick with them to see what they can suggest. I just need to see a light at the end of the tunnel and get rid of this constant anxietyDMP starts 1/11/14

Also stepchange said they can’t deal with my bailiffs debt with parking charges which is my biggest concern at the minute. It’s less than £1k but hanging over me. Their advice was to just not answer the door but they just keep adding charges.I have emailed Bristow and Sutor so many times to ask to go into a payment plan, their website won’t allow me to. They aren’t responding and the unanswered calls to them last month cost almost £30 🤦♀️. Their web chat just closes down after a few messages and is a total waste of time. They’re honestly the worst company I’ve dealt with.DMP starts 1/11/14
