Brooksdale Ltd Tax Refund Larcenous

So this company continues to fleece people out of their own money at a rate of 48% I've just become another victim. HMRC response is to say there's nothing they can do to purge them from my Tax account! You have to contact this 3rd party whom i believe got my details from association with a PPI Co 'We fight any claim' .. Therefore, without my permission. I note that in Sept this year another similar scenario with another PPI affiliated company 'Tax credits Ltd'  HMRC upheld complaints and those people are to be paid dues direct.   This was thanks to MSE intervention and subsequent HMRC investigation .    Worst of all is HMRC sending personal tax records i.e copy of P800 form to Brookdale Ltd. Surely this is in breach of Data Protection Act ???

HMRC will have to provide you with a copy of the authority you allegedly signed.

Why not start by asking for that?

You make a complaint to hmrc, lodge a case with Action Fraud, complaint to your MP
