Solax 5.8 kWh battery with Solax AC Invertor

Excuse my grammar I suffered a severe brain injury several years ago.
On the 12th of October a local company fitted a Solax 5.8 Triple battery and AC invertor to my existing 4.4 kWh solar array, I have been chasing this company since the 25th of October for a receipt for payment and associated paperwork, to date I have only received a receipt and finally on Thursday the Solax user handbooks.
I have tried chasing the company for my warranty by email, they informed me my warranty is with Solax, to date they have not given me a warranty or term or conditions, all I have received is a face photocopy of a job sheet.
Yesterday I received a HIES 10-year guarantee, however this is covers if the company goes into liquidation, in the term it requires proof of the installer warranty otherwise all claims will be refused.
I contacted the company by phone and explained, basically they are not interested, I then received an email of the company stating I am not to contact the company by phone and all correspondence in writing.

Hi Oscarmax. Sorry to hear about your installer woes. Rings a few bells with me. HIES could be your first point of contact, they might pass you on to NAPIT. At the moment NAPIT are insisting on a very rigorous hand over pack from my installers (8 months late). If the installers had just given me some basic paperwork at the time they'd have saved themselves a huge amount of work!4.7kWp (12 * Hyundai S395VG) facing more or less S + 3.6kW Growatt inverter + 6.5kWh Growatt battery. At one stage they informed me battery installation would not be covered with HIES, it was only when I pointed that according to their site, they highlight all work is covered by HIES warranty?Officer_Dibble said:Hi Oscarmax. They have now banned me from contacting them by phone and all contact to be in writing, I contacted HIES, strangely they have now admitted it was an oversite I should have been sent a handover pack ?

I have now phoned HIES who have advised to issue the company with a formal letter of complaint.12 x 370 Watt J A panels Solis 3.6 invertor. Solax AC invertor and 5.8 triple battery1 -

Can you name and shame the installer?
Also can you leave a negative review on the MCS website?0 -
Contacted NAPIT this morning who in turn phone the installer whilst I was on their site, the installers informed NAPIT they hold membership for solar panel installations, but not for battery installations?
What I find really strange yesterday afternoon, the installation company sent around 2 engineers to carry out a health check on the installation, i am really confused.12 x 370 Watt J A panels Solis 3.6 invertor. Solax AC invertor and 5.8 triple battery0 -
