Win or scam?

I've just seen a couple of notifications on Youtube from Gear4Music saying:

Now then, I'm practically certain these are from scammers. I've tried clicking on them to read the whole notifications, but can't find them. I definitely have entered this competition, but it says it closes on 30th Nov, with obviously makes it even more likely to be a scam.

So, I'm just asking for someone who knows YouTube better than me to confirm what I suspect that's it's a scam. If so, do you know how I can report it?

Gear4Music is a UK company based in York.

Why would they want you to text a number in Shreveport, Louisiana?

Thanks One-Eye. I know G4M in York, been there and bought from 'em 

Wish I knew how to report the little 'rascals'. Don't even think I have enough info on them to go to Action Fraud as the links don't land anywhere that relates to them.
