SDLT reclaim after selling 2nd home

Morning All,
Just about to complete on the sale of my 2nd house. Short story:
Buy House A in 2007
Live in House A until 2022
Put House A on market, agree sale
Buy House B to live in
House A sale falls through at last minute, but continue to buy House B - Pay additional SDLT on purchase of House B (approx £6500)
Use BTL to re-mortgage House A and rent it out for 6 months as Tenant has to move out early. House A back on the market for sale
Agree sale on House A, about to complete (fingers crossed).
So, I need to get ready to claim back the SDLT I paid when purchasing House B. I believe you have to fill out a form on the Gov.UK website, which appears to be pretty straightforward. It asks for a Unique Transaction Number. Now, before I contact the solicitor I used for the purchase of House B (who was utterly useless), which house transaction is this for, selling House A, or buying House B? The form doesn't make it clear which one, as most of the details I need to provide are for the selling of House A, but obviously the additional SDLT was for the purchase of House B.
I'm sure I'm just being daft, but I'm sure one of you knowledgeable folk will know which one I need to use.
Thanks

Is it page 1 of the claim form - this make it clear it wants the UTRN of the transaction you paid the higher rate of SDLT on and are now claiming a partial repayment - so the purchase of house B, as that’s the one you’re claiming back. You don’t pay SDLT on the sale of property A so there’s nothing to claim back there.1
